Chef Angie K began her craft in a humble
bar and
grill as a line cook upon arriving in New Orleans in
1997. It was in that establishment that she discovered
her love for making peoples dining experience as
flavorful as possible. She then spent the next nine
years working in some of the finest restaurants New
Orleans has to offer. A quick learner, Chef Angie K
was able to study first hand all the great recipes and
culinary practices that have made New Orleans such a
famous destination. It was during this self directed
internship that she decided that she wanted to be able
to expand upon her studies, and give people a truly
magnificent meal that utilized the best of the best
of
what she had learned. In the wake of Hurricane
Katrina, Chef Angie K found herself in Holland,
Michigan and decided that it was the perfect
opportunity to expand her dream and ideals. Welcome |
